Tasting Notes – Allargando Nose: Rich notes of cherries, strawberry syrup, and plums, with floral hints and cask influences of licorice and sweet wood. Palate: Sherry influences of wine gums, sherry syrup, and cherry chocolate, complemented by bitter chocolate notes and a malty background. Finish: Long, intense finish of chocolate, espresso beans, and caramelized pecans. Tasting Notes – Allegro Nose: Elegant peaty notes with smoked mackerel, charcoal, bacon, and tropical fruits, rounded with a touch of vanilla. Palate: Peat and malt contrast with peppered roast beef, creamy Manuka honey, vanilla, candied pineapple, roasted papaya, and rhubarb jam. Finish: A long, lush finish where pepper and peat fade, allowing sweet tropical fruits to shine.
