Signal Hill
On December 12, 1901, Guglielmo Marconi captured the first wireless transatlantic signal from Cornwall, England—a simple Morse code message: three short dots for the letter ‘S.’ Over a century later, this historic site gave birth to Signal Hill Whisky, a new Canadian whisky crafted in the spirit of innovation and history.
Signal Hill is a refined, full-flavored, and authentic whisky. Its filtration preserves the whisky’s layered taste experience and evokes memories of the past.
Signal Hill
Signal Hill Whisky is crafted from two types of grain. The corn whisky is distilled twice in a double column to achieve a light and smooth character, while the barley whisky is distilled in a pot still to develop subtle, brilliant, nutty, and malty flavors. The whisky undergoes non-chill filtration, preserving multiple layers of taste for a fuller mouthfeel and a softer finish.
Nose: Subtle aromas of sultanas, dried plums, sherry, toffee, vanilla, honey, soft oak, and spices.
Palate: Sweet, followed by cocoa, leather, and pipe tobacco.
Finish: Creamy sherry, syrup, and soft oak.
Signal Hill - Founders Select Overproof
Crafted in the signature Signal Hill style, only the highest-quality corn and barley are used, with our spirits aged in three types of barrels: Canadian whisky, new white oak, and bourbon. The blending process creates a warm amber color and deeper layers of flavor waiting to be discovered. This limited Overproof release enhances the whisky’s delicate nose with notes of honey, vanilla, dried fruits, and spices. Enjoy the richer, fuller mouthfeel and the rounded, balanced finish.
