Kavalan Solist Vihno Barrique - SALUD Edition

The Vinho Barrique is already one of the best-selling expressions in Kavalan’s portfolio, which is why Salud selected this special cask. Even though it comes from the same Vinho Barrique product, tasting from a single, specially chosen cask can reveal entirely different flavor notes and experiences compared to the ‘standard’ expression. This, according to Maria Kitsati, Director of Salud Spirits Austria, is what makes single cask releases so fascinating. Bottled at 56.3% cask strength and limited to just 165 bottles, this Vinho Barrique comes in an elegant blue design, featuring the Salud name on both the bottle and the gift packaging. The first bottles will be presented to the Taiwanese Embassy in Vienna, with which Salud maintains close relations.
