Scarabus
Scarabus is an Islay Single Malt created for the curious and the discerning. Bold and true to its island roots, yet wrapped in a touch of mystery, it invites whisky lovers to look deeper, discover more, and embrace the unknown in every sip.
Guided by the motto “Only those who seek will find”, Scarabus captures the spirit of mystery and discovery. Its label, adorned with enigmatic symbols, pays homage to Islay-born John Francis Campbell – inventor, storyteller, and collector of Celtic folklore. Crafted by independent bottler Hunter Laing in Glasgow, this celebrated Islay Single Malt is matured in refill, American oak, and ex-bourbon casks, delivering a signature island character of smoky richness, coastal salt, and bold vanilla. A whisky for those who look deeper.

Nose: Smoke and sea salt
Palate: Smoke, salt, toffee, and vanilla, with a hint of rhubarb and green apple
Finish: Long, warm, intense, and lingering
